Brahm Dubin-Founder
(1950-2006)

Brahm Dubin founded JCD Sports Group in 1987and was a chartered accountant from Canada with over 30 years of experience in golf and tennis management. JCD Sports Group has provided consulting and management expertise to over 35 properties the past 20 years, including developers, private and daily fee facilities and municipalities.

His spirit and work ethic lives today throughout his company and it's employees who continue to exhibit pride and relentless attention to detail.

Sharon Painter – CEO
Bachelor of Arts - Public Relations / Advertising University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, AL

Painter has been with the organization for over 20 years and has virtually a lifetime of experience in all facets of golf and tennis operations. She has experience in golf course maintenance, golf course and facility construction and renovation, pro shop and club house operations.  She also facilitates budget preparation and institutes internal controls. Painter’s philosophy of managing includes a hands-on approach in overseeing the daily operations of all managed facilities. As a volunteer in Palm Beach County she has served as committee chairperson for the LPGA ADT Tour Championship, the Arnold Palmer Grand Opening Ceremony at WPB Golf Course, the Hank Aaron Chasing the Dream Foundation Golf Tournament, First Night in Delray Beach, Fl, the Chris Evert Pro-Celebrity and numerous other special events and activities. Painter attended the University of Alabama on a golf scholarship and has participated in LPGA and USGA golf events including the U.S. Women’s Open. 

Cindy Doll – Vice President / Controller

Doll has been with the organization over eighteen years. As comptroller for the company she  monitors all aspect of financial operations for facilities we manage.  Doll is involved in the ongoing training of all managers and accounting personnel regarding our policies and procedures. She has over 18 years of experience working closely with the municipal facilities in both Palm Beach and Broward County, working with their finance departments to insure that adequate internal controls are in place. In addition, she is equally adept at working within the government framework with purchasing departments to insure that all purchasing policies and procedures are being followed.  Doll, a Palm Beach County native, volunteers her time to support local charities some of which include Kids Unlimited, SunFest, Chris Evert Pro-Celebrity and the Hank Aaron Chasing the Dream Foundation Pro-Celebrity Golf Tournament.

Tom Roegner
Director of Operations

Mr. Roegner brings over 25 years of golf course experience to JCD Sports Group. His management track has been mainly concentrated in the Southeast from Atlanta, Georgia to Miami, Florida with American Golf Corporation. He managed daily fee and semi-private facilities for American Golf. The past couple of years Tom has also been consulting for the Hinkley/Jemsek Family in Chicago which operates Cog Hill and St. Andrews Golf Courses in Chicago Illinois. Tom brings a very hands on approach to daily operations, from tee sheet management, expense control, customer service to overall course management. He has taken over distressed properties and turned them around for a positive ROI.  This success was achieved through implementation of policies, procedures and controls that affect all operations. His responsibilities with JCD include overseeing the day to day operations of management for all JCD Sports properties. In addition, Tom will work closely with all departments to insure positive financial results.
