Executive Team Bios
Brahm Dubin-Founder
(1950-2006)
Brahm Dubin founded JCD Sports Group
in 1987and was a chartered accountant from Canada with
over 30 years of experience in golf and tennis management.
JCD Sports Group has provided consulting and management
expertise to over 35 properties the past 20 years, including
developers, private and daily fee facilities and municipalities.
His spirit and work ethic lives
today throughout his company and it's employees who continue
to exhibit pride and relentless attention to detail.
Sharon Painter
– CEO
Bachelor of Arts - Public Relations / Advertising
University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, AL
Painter has been with the organization
for over 15 years and has 25 years of experience in all
facets of golf and tennis operations. She has been involved
in maintenance, construction and renovation, pro shop
and club house operations and special event management.
In addition, she manages tournament production, budget
preparations, and institutes internal controls. Painter
plays an active role in overseeing the daily operations
of all of the clubs for tennis and golf. For the past
two years, she has been selected by Palm Beach County
as chairperson for the LPGA ADT Tour Championship held
at Trump International Golf Club, West Palm Beach, FL.
Painter as a professional golfer has participated in LPGA
and USGA golf events including the U.S. Women’s
Open. She has served as a consultant to American Express
to produce golf outings and events for their clients and
held the position of director of marketing for “Outings
on the Links”, a golf tournament production company.
Cindy Doll - Controller & Vice President
Doll has been with our accounting
department since 1992. Her responsibilities include daily
and monthly monitoring and reporting all aspects of the
financial operations. She manages accounts payable/ receivable,
deposits and reconciliations, cost of goods sold and human
resources. Doll is responsible for administering the financial
departments of our facilities, monitoring deadlines of
daily, weekly and monthly reporting and reviewing payroll,
cost of goods sold and employee status reports. She is
also responsible for auditing our facilities, approving
journal entries and preparing monthly financial statements.
Doll is responsible for the ongoing training of all managers
and accounting personnel regarding our policies and procedures.
She has over 12 years of experience working closely with
the City of Delray Beach and Palm Beach County, working
with their finance departments to insure that adequate
internal controls are in place. In addition, she is equally
adept at working within the government framework with
purchasing departments to insure that all purchasing policies
and procedures are being followed.
Jason Myers - Director of Golf & Tennis Operations Bachelor of Science in Public Relations
University of Florida Gainesville
Mr. Myers joined JCD in March 2007 as the Director of Golf and Tennis Operations. Myers will be overseeing the operational success of all facilities managed by JCD Sports Group, Inc. Myers is an alumni of the University of Florida, where he was a member of numerous student organizations as well as being on the 1995 Southeastern Conference football championship team. Mr. Myers worked closely with the late State Senator George Kirkpatrick for several years while in college. Myers joins us from the financial world, where he served as the Director of South Florida Operations for Coastal Lending Services, Inc. Prior to that he worked his way up the ranks over a six year awarded tenure with Maxim Healthcare Services, a national healthcare and management company.
He is locally a member of the Palm Beach County Sports Commission, the Lou Groza Collegiate Football Award Committee, the Palm Beach County Sports Hall of Fame Committee and the Chamber of the Palm Beaches Golf Committee. Myers is also actively involved with the Pursuit of Life Foundation, the Young Professionals of the Palm Beaches and is a Leadership West Palm Beach enrollee.
Mr. Myers background in sales, organizational leadership and business make him a strong asset for JCD Sports Group.
Tom Arendt,
GCSAA, Class A member – Director of Agronomy

Bachelor of Science, Lemoyne College, Syracuse, NY
Tom has been employed with JCD Sports
Group for over 15 years and has been responsible for fairway
and tee renovations at Delray Beach Golf Club in 1992,
greens renovation at Delray Beach Golf Club in 1994, greens
and tee renovation at Lakeview Golf Club in 1997, greens
renovation at Southwinds Golf Course in 2000, and oversaw
a greens, tee, and irrigation renovation project at Delray
Beach Golf Club in 2003. He has 30 years of experience
in golf course maintenance and operations, and presently
oversees our golf agronomic programs and is responsible
for capital and operational purchases. Arendt is proficient
is maximizing results from the budgets he has to work
with, and has provided quality conditions at all of our
courses.
Bill Kriews, PGA – Director of
Golf
Kriews joined JCD Sports Group in
2004, leaving his position as head professional at a private
club in New Jersey for the last 14 years. His duties include
overseeing the management of golf operations, promoting
an exceptional golf experience and providing excellent
services and programs for all of the customers at Delray
Beach Golf Club and Lakeview Golf Club. Kriews joined
the PGA of America in 1989, and has been fortunate to
study under some of Golf Digest’s Top 100 teachers.
In addition, he has worked on the swings of many PGA and
LPGA touring players. His teaching style is well received
and appreciated by all skill levels. Kriews also has had
the opportunity to conduct many different types of tournaments
ranging from club level weekly events to LPGA Pro-Ams.
Sandra Eriksson
- Director of Instruction, LPGA, Class A member
Bachelor of Arts, History, Western Connecticut

Administration (30 credits) The Pennsylvania State University,
State College, PA
Eriksson was named LPGA Professional
of the Year in 1999. In 2000, she was named one of the
top 100 golf instructors by Golf for Women magazine. She
is also a past recipient of the Sarah Hunter Award, which
recognizes a LPGA southeast section member for her work
in the development of junior golfers and programs. Eriksson
has been with our organization for over 14 years and much
of her energy is in the development of juniors of all
ages and economic backgrounds. She is also involved with
the marketing and coordinating of special events held
at the Delray Beach Golf Club. In addition, she coordinates
the Beth Daniel LPGA Clinic with local LPGA professionals
(Meg Mallon, Karrie Webb, JoAnne Carner, Michelle Bell,
Alice Ritzman, Jane Crafter, Jane Geddes, Liselotte Neumann
and Morgan Pressel have all been participants). Eriksson
is actively involved in the community through various
local clubs and associations. She is part of the special
events committee of the ADT Tour Championship at Trump
International (West Palm Beach). In 2004, Eriksson received
the Ken Ellingsworth Community Service Award from the
Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member
of the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches and co-tournament
director of the Jameson Classic, an LPGA pro-am.
Beth Mullen – Director of Catering
Mullen has moved through the
corporate ladder and promoted to the director of catering
in 2002. Her wonderful attitude and level of dedication
has meant a significant increase in customer loyalty and
monthly sales volume. Mullen is the point person for coordinating
banquets, weddings, private parties or any celebration.
Her attention to detail and customer satisfaction has
turned the Delray Beach Golf Club facility a must for
either the intimate, glamorous or fun affair.
