EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT
RON HATFIELD
Ron grew up in a small the Midwest town playing sports and enjoying hunting and fishing. Prior to graduating from Southern Illinois University, Ron was a member of the local community college tennis team which won the conference championship both years he played.
After college Ron joined the Navy and served as an officer with duties which included the Vietnam War. Returning to the private sector, Ron spent several years managing department stores and eventually progressing to shopping center management with properties which included St. Louis Union Station, Orange Park Mall in Jacksonville and finally the Town Center Mall in Boca Raton.
Ron also found time to work as a commercial pilot and teach flying. When Ron retired he took up golf and has worked part-time at area golf courses before coming to Lakeview in 2007.
